Terms of use

4 th STREET ‘STAND A CHANCE TO WIN’ CONSUMER PROMOTION (ON- CONSUMPTION)

1. This promotion is open to all residents of Namibia except the employees of Namibia
Breweries Limited (NBL), their advertising agencies, as well as the immediate family
members, consultants, directors, associates and trading partners of such
organisations and persons.
2. All participants must be over the age of 18 years old at the time of participation and
will be required to exhibit valid identity documents as proof thereof.
3. The promotion period is 08 March – 07 April 2024.
4. Consumers participating in the 4 th Street tasting activation will be prompted to scan
the QR code (POS), which will take them to a landing page to participate in a short
survey, as well as adding their name and contact details.
5. All valid entries will be entered into a random draw. The draw will take place on 08
April 2024.
6. Multiple entries per person will be allowed. However, winners can only win once for
the duration of the campaign.
7. The winner will be contacted by an NBL representative to make necessary
arrangements for collection/delivery of prize.
8. If a winner is not reachable within a 3-day period, the prize will automatically be
forfeited, and a substitute winner will be selected.
9. Promotion is valid while stock lasts.
10. The consumer wins one of 5x 4 th Street-branded picnic baskets.
11. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, negotiable or transferable.
12. By entering the promotion, all participants accept and agree to abide by these rules,
terms and conditions.
13. Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL) reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for
another prize of similar value at any time and for any reason at NBL’s sole discretion.
14. NBL reserves the right to terminate or amend this promotion at any time if it deems
such termination or amendment to be necessary and appropriate.
15. Winners must be prepared to be photographed by Namibia Breweries Limited for
promotional purposes, and have their names and surnames listed in the media for an
announcement of their winnings.
16. Neither NBL, its directors or employees, nor their respective advertising or media
agencies, nor their trading partners or any person assigned to perform a function by
or on behalf of NBL in relation to this promotion, shall be liable in any way
whatsoever for any loss, damage or costs, howsoever arising, suffered by an entrant
of this promotion, whether as a result of any negligent act or omission or any default
on the part of NBL or otherwise.
17. The laws of The Republic of Namibia govern these rules, terms and conditions and
by entering these promotion participants are deemed to have accepted the
promotions terms and conditions and agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Namibian courts.​
